Please advise ME of any conditions that may require additional care to make your experience comfortable (pregnancy, injury, medications).

24 hours notice is required should you wish to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment.
A cancelled/rescheduled appointment within 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee (100% value of scheduled appointment).

Miss Eyelash employ’s skilled therapists & we continually invest in further education, to ensure their time is dedicated to specifically looking after you at the highest level.
No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business.
This limits other clients from potential bookings.

FULL PAYMENT is required at time of booking, to secure your preferred appointment date & time. We will be in contact with you to assist with payment.

To assist you with your booking commitment, we send out a reminder via SMS 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure you are respectfully reminded of your promised time.

We understand that at times the unexpected occurs, & life events happen whereby you may need to change your booking – we kindly request 24 hours notice so that we can offer your allotted time to another client & transfer your booking payment to your next appointment or refunded.

Without providing 24hrs notice, or failing to turn up for your appointment, your booking payment will be forfeited in full.
You may send a friend or family member in your place and we will happily accommodate them in your place.

We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or public holidays as sufficient notice, as we will not have enough time to try to rebook your allotted booking.
